3. When there is no bottle in the filling valve, there is button will not order the pre-evacuation button to evacuation. That is, this button control the process of "no bottle, no evacuation work" to keep the high evacuation rate when there is bottles in the filling valve.

     4. Beer distributor: When the beer is filled into the bottle, beer will pass this distributor so that beer flows from the bottle inside wall to reduce foam.

But, our open and close valve are all controlled by cylinder(AIRTAC), which keep the work stable and make the machine work long life. Meanwhile, our machine has the high-pressure foaming device. You know, before capping, the filled bottle will run a distance opening the mouth. Once the bottle is finished fill, this foaming device will arouse the foam in the top of the beer in the bottle by the aseptic water to keep from germs into beer.
